Who is a Brave Warrior?

I believe that struggles make you stronger, mistakes are lessons, fears help you find faith, and sharing about it about forces you to grow. This gives others hope, all while you are becoming one brave woman. I was recently sharing with a friend about one of my customers, her tremendous strength through her struggles combined with her zest for life. She could most definitely feel sorry for herself in her situation, but she doesn't. She is what I like to call one of the brave women warriors I feel blessed to have encountered at frolic and throughout my life.
Everyone has a story, and I feel that those with the courage to tell that story can and will make differences in their own lives and the lives of others. So this little idea was sparked by this certain customers story, but I realized I know so many women with amazing story's that need to be told. Women need to inspire other women through their struggles and their accomplishments. Therefore, I am asking you to nominate someone you feel is a strong brave warrior, and have them submit their story, or you can submit it yourself, and yes, You can nominate yourself. I always say, "if I'm not patting myself on the back, how can I expect others to?" You should be your biggest fan.
I'm looking for women who have overcome their struggles on their own. Women who have beat their own odds. Women who may have just accomplished things no one believed they could. I'm simply looking for someone you feel is a brave warrior.
We will choose 6-10 story's to be featured on my blog. The judging will be in the readers hands. The prize is one outfit a month for one whole year from Frolic along with a photo shoot from a professional photographer. Email entries to cdfrolic@icloud.com. Please include a photo. The deadline to submit entries is February 28. The story's will be featured through March and winner announced on April 1st. I leave you with a favorite quote, " Owning our own story and loving ourselves through the process is the bravest thing we will ever do." Brene' Brown
